We’ll be updating the notes in more detail shortly, but until then, you can download the project-folder “skeleton” template discussed by Mel, as well as Steve’s Keynote presentation, in PDF format.

Mel’s Project-folder-o-matic template (unzip this file in Finder, and it will create a hierarchy of empty folders, which you can delete or modify as you prefer. The .fcp projectfiles in the “fcp” folder are in Final Cut Pro 6.0.5 format, and will not open on older versions of Final Cut)
